Integrated Care Programs at Hope Holistics are designed for those seeking more than one-time appointments. By combining skilled, hands-on bodywork with holistic health guidance, this approach supports nervous system regulation, healing, and sustainable progress through consistency and ongoing care — allowing change to unfold naturally over time. 

Each month includes:

• A personalized care plan
  (including lifestyle guidance, nutrition education, and bodywork recommendations)
   
• Three 50-minute bodywork sessions
   
• One 30-minute consultation at the end of the month to review progress and determine next steps
   

Sessions are intentionally timed to allow for focused care, proper documentation, and an on-time, unrushed clinic experience.

Investment: $250 per month*

*An initial consultation is required for new clients prior to enrollment.
