About the Retreat

This Women’s Wellness Retreat is a thoughtfully designed weekend experience created for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and receive care — without pressure, performance, or guilt.


This retreat blends gentle movement, restorative practices, education, and spacious rest in a supportive, welcoming environment. It’s designed for real women with real lives — whether you’re feeling burned out, curious about holistic wellness, craving quiet, or simply ready for a reset.


You don’t need to be experienced, fit, flexible, or “good” at anything, you just need to show up as you are.


This weekend is about Choosing Peace on Purpose — intentionally creating space for your health and well-being - in your body, your nervous system, and your daily life.

The hotel is located just off 28th Street, placing you in close proximity to the airport, grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants galore — making travel, meals, and errands easy and stress-free.


Each suite offers apartment-style comfort and includes:

  • A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, and microwave
  • Pots, pans, silverware, and dishware
  • Separate living and sleeping space


Additional hotel amenities include:

What’s Included in the Retreat Experience

Nearly everything is included so you can settle in and receive.

🏨 Lodging Included

Each guest will stay two nights in a hotel suite at the retreat venue.

You’re welcome to bring your own food, cook meals, store snacks, or keep things simple — whatever best supports you.


🐾 Optional: For a small additional fee, dogs are welcome, so you don’t have to choose between caring for yourself and caring for your pet.

  

⭐ Massage Session

Each guest receives a 45-minute massage session during the retreat.

This session is included as part of the weekend experience and is designed to support circulation and relaxation.

  

🌿 Women’s Herbal Wellness Education

You’ll take part in a 20–30 minute interactive, conversational session focused on herbs and women’s wellness.

This is a shared discussion designed to help you understand:

  • How herbs can support common aspects of women’s wellness
  • How herbal support fits into real life
  • How to feel more confident understanding and choosing herbal products


*No prior knowledge required. This is practical, approachable education you can actually apply in daily life.

  

🌱 Hands-On Tincture Experience

Each guest will take part in a hands-on tincture-making experience.

You’ll learn what an herbal tincture is, why tinctures are commonly used, and how they can be incorporated into everyday wellness routines in simple, practical ways.

You’ll be guided through the process and will take your tincture home with you as part of the learning experience — along with a clearer understanding of how herbs can support your health and wellness journey.

  

🧘‍♀️ Gentle Movement & Mind–Body Practices

Throughout the weekend, you’ll participate in a thoughtfully paced schedule of experiences designed to support relaxation and nervous-system regulation.

These include:

  • Tai Chi & gentle movement
    -Slow, accessible movement focused on ease and awareness.
    -Appropriate for all ages, levels, and stages of physical fitness.
  • Guided breathwork
    -Supportive breathing practices designed to help the body slow down.
  • Guided meditation & mindfulness practices
    -Offered in the evening, just before bed, to help quiet the mind, soften the body, and support deeper rest and sleep.
  • Sound bath / vibrational healing session
    -A calming, immersive experience using sound and vibration to encourage deep relaxation and nervous-system settling.


*All movement and practices are optional, adaptable, and intentionally gentle.
This retreat meets you exactly where you are.

  

🎁 Curated Welcome Gift

Every guest receives a thoughtfully prepared welcome kit, including:

  • Yoga mat — your personal space for movement, meditation, and grounding throughout the weekend
  • Blanket — for warmth and comfort during sound bath, meditation, or quiet rest
  • Eye mask — to support deeper relaxation and more restorative sleep
  • Additional comfort items — small, supportive touches to help you feel cared for during your stay


*These items are yours to use during the retreat and take home with you afterward.

  

🌿 Apothecary Access, Sampling & Optional Purchases

Throughout the weekend, guests will have access to the Hope Holistics apothecary.

  • You’re welcome to sample, test, and explore products
  • All sampling during the retreat is completely free and optional
  • Products may be purchased if you choose, but there is no expectation or pressure to buy


*The apothecary is offered simply as a complementary resource — your retreat experience is complete whether you choose to explore it or not.

This retreat is guided by Amanda, Adam, and Shannon — credentialed, experienced practitioners who understand bodies, stress, and healing.

Together, they bring backgrounds in holistic health, movement, breathwork, herbal education, and nervous-system support — along with a deeply human, relatable, down-to-earth presence.

You’ll be supported by people with real training, real experience, and a genuine love for what they do — people who listen, care, and meet you as a whole person.

  

🌸 Space, Rest, and Choice

This weekend is intentionally designed with ample breaks and open time built into the schedule.

If you’re seeking connection, there will be space to talk, share meals, walk together, and form friendships.
If you’re craving quiet, rest, or solitude, you’re equally welcome to step away, spend time in your room, nap, journal, or simply be.

There is no pressure to socialize.
There is no expectation to participate in everything.
You are encouraged to listen to your body and choose what feels supportive — without judgment.
